Lithium Fluoride
The reaction of lithium hydroxide or lithium carbonate with hydrogen fluoride produces lithium fluoride (LiF), it is an odorless, crystalline lithium salt.
Although our motivation is to produce battery grade / high purity LiF to supply our LiPF6 process as raw material, LiF is also used in many other fields like; nuclear energy, electronics, optics, ceramics, radiation detection, metallurgy and others.
