Every project team member is selected with the specific requirements of that project in mind. From specific process or equipment expertise, experience with a specfic country or region, or knowledge with a unique aspect of a project, our project personnel come with the right combination of skills to your project.
And leadership qualities are just as important as the experience in the relevant technology area. This ensures a proper project development keeping the milestones of our clients and other project stake holders at highest priority, even in a difficult environment. To do this we constantly develop our team and their skills, and we invest in their professional expertise by providing qualified training and courses.
Our engineering staff possess a broad range of expertise in the chemical process industries. These include the following:
OUR ENGINEERING STAFF INCLUDES:
Project Managers
These experienced individuals are technology driven and work in close cooperation with our Lead Process Engineers to manage the overall project.
They are IPMA or PMI certified, multilingual, team-oriented people with leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills. They have an ability to inspire and motivate others to lead a team in achieving a successful project.
Process Engineers
Our process engineers have the lead in the design and layout of the particular plant being executed.
As highly educated individuals, they bring access to universities and academic standards. They are experienced with project constraints, technological and logistical challenges, and the rigorous requirements in terms of health, safety and cost. All of these are aspects of a project that our process engineers must consider when designing our processes.
Luckily, our process engineers are trained to recognise and solve these problems.
Project Engineers
Our project engineers are specialists for our key equipment.
They bring with them an education in process, chemical and/or machine engineering. Some have additional training in specific disciplines, such as for rotating equipment or for our proprietary equipment designs.
I&E and Automation Engineers
This team is comprised of engineers with field experience – experience in starting-up and/or operating plants – who knows how sound process control system should be executed.
In close cooperation with the process engineer, they perform the engineering necessary to design a fully automated plant including Safety Instrumented Systems. In addition, they help to set up a management system for functional safety based on IEC 61508, which provides the basis to make a quantitative analysis of residual risk and to define the overall safety life cycle in our process plants.
Designers
Nowadays it is practically impossible to imagine the engineering world without CAD.
From 2D to 3D and vice versa, from the machine- /equipment construction to a complete plant layout, our designers have enough experience to carry out these tasks efficiently and according to the specific needs of a project.
