The BUSS-Loop® Reactor has been adapted to continuous system and is being used increasingly due to its great potential to intensify the reaction. Significant shorter reaction time and the reduction of by-product formation is often achieved.

Such advantages in productivity and quality, accompanied most of the times by the reduction of operational costs, are a technology driver not only in new plants but also in revamping and retrofitting of existing ones.

Our engineers have developed other significant improvements to the BUSS-Loop® Reactor to optimize continuous reactions even further.

One key feature is the brilliant concept of in-line filtration, allowing to manage the catalyst inventory, with removal and make-up, without any interruption of the operations neither fluctuation of quality and throughput.
